After parting ways in 2005, Grammy Award winning group Destiny’s Child may be set to reform. In a recent interview, the group’s manager (Beyonce’s father) Matthew Knowles strongly hinted at the possibility of another Destiny’s Child album:
Matthew: “But she’s (Beyonce) a hard troop and all of the Destiny’s Child ladies are. I’m proud of her and all of the ladies. I’m using this word “Destiny’s Child” cause that could be the day so Destiny’s Child album is coming soon. I don’t know, did I just said it?”
This really doesn’t surprise me. It’s a given that the girls would record again somewhere down the line – they’re still in their prime. I felt their last CD, ‘Destiny’s Fulfilled’, was one of their best efforts and for that reason I’ll be checking for their new project whenever it surfaces. One small tidbit: It’s great to hear Matthew promoting Solange’s upcoming album, yet I couldn’t help but notice that he never mentioned a thing about Kelly’s CD. I’m starting to wonder if there’s truth to the rumours of Kelly severing ties with Matthew’s management company? Just thinking aloud…

I hope this is true. But even if it does happen it’ll have to be at the end of next year because Kelly has still gotta continue releasing more singles to promote her album.

It definitely won’t be until next year, I’d actually say ’09. B’ still is gonna whore her B’Day album with another release, Kelly has to step her game up tons to get Ms. Kelly Platinum (which IMO it deserves to be) and Michelle still is on tour with TCP, and has her own album to worry about in 08. But since I do in fact love DC3, I’ll patiently wait.

Off thier last album, I only liked Lose My Breath, Cater 2 U and Through With Love, maybe Solider. The rest were just fillers imo, so I didn’t buy it. simple as.
As for beyonce, my fav track off B’Day is Back Up and she din’t even include that one!!! (crazy b!tch)
If they do reform for another album, unless they have a lotta attitude songs like the Writings/Survivor era, I highly doubt I’d be that interested.
(and as for the racist ppl, u lot need to take a gud look in the mirror and realise that attitude makes you uglier than a hobo chewing off their toe-nails!! You have been ejected from the Big Brother house. Skeet!)

One of the majors problems with alot of people today regarding DC3 including many of the poeple who have commented on this blog is that you guys continue to put Beyonce, Michelle, and Kelly against each other. Yes, Beyonce is the most successful of the three which is because well…in all honesty…in my opinion Beyonce is a living legend. She is one of the best on stage performers of our day. Think about it. Kelly Rowland is an extremely beautiful and vocally talented woman as well. So is Michelle. Michelle has that Gospel (let the spirit take me over) type of voice. The media as well as fans should not knock one D Child or put her against another. Just support them. Listen to their music and enjoy it. So in short, I would be extremely joyful if the girls came out with another album. However, They shouldn’t do it so soon. Let each one do their thing for a while. Then do a comeback. That would make the most sense to me.

On the real, Beyonce is Destiny’s Child. Without her that group would have been nothing and that’s a fact. She is the most successful b/c she has the most talent and imo she is the most beautiful but I’m not gonna talk bad about the other two. Personally, B doesn’t need Destiny’s Child anymore but if they get back together I’ll be on the lookout for the album
