Fact of the matter is this; no CURRENT female r&b artist in the industry has the pipes or the vocal stylings that Jennifer Hudson has. SHE IS THE REAL DEAL. She is in the same league as Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Patti Labelle,Whitney Houston (before she went crazy)and Mary J. Blige (after she found Jesus). Jennifer hudson is a SINGER. She should not be marketed as a pop-tart or a hiphop hoochie. She doesn’t need an ‘image’ or a ‘gimmick’ to sale records because she actually has a phenomenal voice. I don’t think she was trying to insult hiphop, she was simply stating the fact… Jennifer Hudson is not typical or predictable (like just about every other artist in the game right now). Jennifer hudson is a legend in the making. Mark my words.

To all the slow people out there, all she was saying is that her album is going to be all r&b and soul, that’s all. She doesn’t have anything against hip hop. Don’t turn it into something it is not. Anyway, in the quote she did say, She doesn’t have anything against it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
