Its based out of the Washington D.C. Area which includes parts of Maryland & Northern Virginia. Its influence is confinded to that area & is not seen as a sound from the entire state of Virginia. I know...b/c I was born & raised in the DC Area.<br/><br/>Chris Brown is from Southern Virginia...near NC....in the Hampton/Portsmouth Area --- clearly nowhere near the DC Metro Area.
