With the release of Cherish’s new album set for early next year, the CD’s alleged first single has surfaced. The track, which features Bad Boy’s Yung Joc, is somewhat of a departure from their material of past. Unfortunately, I don’t feel it to be a step in the right direction; the track sounds very generic and doesn’t really go anywhere. Here’s hoping they bring the goods with the rest of the album.Hit or Miss?

Well I like it and I don’t I think to sum it up it sounds young if you get what i’m saying, why did they call it killa? it’s a stupid title in my opinion, I liked Cherish’s debut album I wasn’t sure but took a chance and it was good this song should just be on the album cos it’s alright but not sure about it being a single

Im lovin this song….but still Im a person who listens to the beat first and the lyics…although it sounds more like a urban pop track rather than a hip-hop or R&B one…still hot though!

i like the track i think its nice…totally diffrent form da whole a-town theme that most ATL artist jump on or should i say represent…it shows a diffrent side to them and the beat grabs you..now it just down to seeing if they have any individuality when the video drops as they all look the same…lol

There’s a really nice interview with Cherish by Mike Sherman from the Mike Sherman Show, Miami, on ShareNow.com here.

The song is okay.I’m not crazy about it though. It’s doesn’t seem like a song that everyone would go crazy for, so I’m not sure it would do good as a single.

It sounds like at least 10 other songs I’m listening to on heavy rotation right now. It doesn’t really stand out to me as a Cherish track, either. It’s lacking their signature sound.
