Akon is an amazing artist. Yes, we all do things that we aren’t proud of. At least he has the guts to apologize to the people he’s hurt, even if it’s in a song. Most of us can’t even do that. I’m not saying that he was right to throw that fan off the stage but still, have some sympathy. The kid went along with it, so shouldn’t the kid be charged as well if Akon’s getting charged? All Akon did was toss him…if anybody’s going to be charged, they both should be. There shouldn’t even be charges, that’s a freakin stupid thing to press charges for. they could have gotten out of the way. But Akon is amazing, and i respect him and admire him greatly for his courage to admit his wrongdoings and apologize for them. I bet you that hardly ANY of us could do that, so that shows us what kind of character Akon has…

I love Akon’s music. I hope they dont send him back to jail. He just got a little hot tempered and didnt mean to do it. Those first two people who sent comments are d-bags.
