Chris Brown’s ‘Kiss Kiss’ Storms To The Top

Published: Thursday 1st Nov 2007 by Sam
R&B star Chris Brown has stormed to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart with current single ‘Kiss Kiss’. The song, which features T-Pain, has seen a steady increase in digital downloads which allowed for it’s move into the top spot from #2 the week prior. Brown’ new album ‘Exclusive’ hits stores November 6th.

This must come as a relief to his camp, as there inevitably would have been alot of worry after the first single ‘Wall to Wall’ pretty much tanked. Though ‘Kiss Kiss’ is an improvement on that track, I’m kinda surprised why the label went with both songs as singles as there is better material on the album. Be on the lookout for a review of ‘Exclusive’ later this week or early next.

I feel that the “Kiss Kiss” track deserves to be @ #1. I’ll have to admit though, the track wasn’t a stand out song to me at first, but I quickly grew on me. CB has jumped on the T-Pain bandwagon, but it has worked out for him. I haven’t heard his album yet, but his voice has somewhat matured and being a singer myself, I can say that he can do more than the last record. I am hoping that this album is a killer.

I agree with Tamone this song wasn’t a stand out track for me at first. But the beat definitely caught my attention It was really sick and had a lot of potential. I’m very happy for Chris and his camp because this alone will bring a bigger buzz towards his album. He’s very talented hopefully his album is even better than his previous. After hearing some of the leaked material, i really think it will be November 6th is gonna be crazy!.
