With new material from the Making The Band winners surfacing recently, it only seems apt for a taste of Donnie’s offerings also. Donnie, if you remember, didn’t make the final cut for the band last season, however was signed up by Diddy as a solo artist. For the most part, I think ‘So Beautiful’ is a pretty solid (sounding) track. This mid-tempo production compliments Donnie’s voice well. My only gripe is the song’s lyrics, which range from pretty engaging to infantile and laced with cliche’s. Still, it’s promising.

dammmmmn donnie…..see i didnt know he could sing like this but i knew he had talent when i watched the finale show and saw him on that piano and heard that one little part he had on the ballad….i was like hold up is there something i need 2 know lol……but i guess diddy knew what he was doin afterall and i really really like the song and the concept for it.

I think he sounds like justin I wouldn’t say better. It’s a grower probably wouldn’t jump to buy the album though

OMD’Z thats not donnie WOW i must say i am VERY IMPRESSED his voice has improved sooo much im amazed. the song is really good enjoyed the verse but that chorus is just too cheesy (needs fixing ASAP)
he’s abit of a hottie (if i might say myself) n i think he could do really well.
looking foward to hearing more from the lad. give that song 5/10 give his voice 7/10 n his body 8/10 lol
i c wot is meant by the carl thomas-esc in his voice n the song.

DONNIE ISNT COPYING JUSTIN………..their both biting off PRINCE beats…….one of the producers was from prince and the revolution “doc” I think its great they learn from prince why wouldnt they “prince and the revolution was great” with great composres and musicians and if his album sells why ruin a great thing.. but donnie isnt biting from justin NO ONE WANTS TO BE JUSTIN
