New Song: Donnie – ‘Dr. Love’ (Snippet)
With the release of albums by Donnie’s Making The Band 4 cast-mates drawing closer (Danity Kane – March 18th / Day26 -March 25th), many have been wondering what’s going on with his project. Word has it the 23 year old will drop his debut LP sometime this summer, and he is still in the studio working on the record.
Meanwhile, a snippet of a track Donnie completed with producer 7even (Ashanti, Ja Rule etc) called ‘Dr. Love’ has surfaced. While the uptempo cut is pretty solid, it’s makes it hard to not look at Donnie as a ‘Diet Coke’ version of Justin Timberlake. The song could easily have been placed on Justin’s ‘FutureSex/LoveSounds’ record. Neither Donnie’s material nor stint on the show has me amped for his album. He’s gonna need to come a little less predictable than this.

I LOVE THIS SONG, SINCE THE EPISODE IT WAS ON, I LOVE and i hope there are more Donnie based episodes, SHIT so people can feel his record and style and he not be like cheri dennis, he’s a great talent, i hope it works for him, HOWEVER, THE OTHER SONG HE PLAYED THAT EPISODE, HE BROUGHT IT TO THE HOUSE FOR THE DUDES TO HEAR, WAS HOOOOOOTTTT AS FUCKIN’ FIRE, OMG WHAT IS IT CALLED?

I think you are talking about the song rolling stones.That episode was hotttt.I myself wish that they focus more on him than the rest.The others get me bored with there childish attitudes.His songs are going to be hot,and the instrumentals even more.Hpe Timbo doesn’t start beefin o dissin 7even and Donnie.

thats not an official or finished version of the song or clip..its parts of making the band put together! lame! pull it together! you can listen to the instrumental version on Sevens Mypsace!

this is such a hot track and he does not sound like justin timberlake so people please give the young man a chance and stop comparing. like you trying to screw up kelly rowlands career by comparing her with beyawnce
