Tyra Set To Leave ‘America’s Next Top Model’?
Word has it that Tyra Banks is set to leave America’s Next Top Model to concentrate on her popular talk show. Friction with the show’s co-host is being cited, by reports, as the reason for Banks’ rumored departure: OK! magazine reports that Banks isn’t getting along with photo shoot creative director Jay Manuel, and her days on the show could be numbered. “It’s gotten so bad that Tyra and Jay aren’t speaking,” an insider told OK! magazine. The selective silent treatment isn’t limited to Manuel, either. “Tyra barely interacts with the contestants and only wants to show up on judging day,” the source told the magazine.
Though I don’t tend to catch much of the show, I more often than not hear that it’s now past its sell-by date. Perhaps Tyra knows this too.

I know! I hope this isn’t true because ANTM just won’t be ANTM without Tyra! I mean, who else will be the one to tell contestants how to pose with their eyes and to do it “like this”, but not “like this” (pose!) She is so fierce. I tune in every week just to see what kind of madness will come out of her mouth, and to see what crazy new wig she has on. I didn’t get to watch this week’s newest episode, but I surely will when I get home!
Did you guys know that ANTM is nominated for favorite reality show at the Kids Choice Awards? We should all totally vote for the show to win and then maybe that will convince Tyra to stay! The show comes on this Saturday the 29th and is being hosted by Jack Black for the 2nd year! Does anyone plan on watching the show or voting for their favorites? I’m sorry, but the first two shows were great, now I think people are getting tored of it. T is doing great with her talk show. It brings a freshness to the talk shows that’s out here. T should finsh out top modle, because it’s not fair to the young ladies who are inspried by her. She should set a more proffesional trait than what she is.
