Rapper Da Brat attended the 25th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards last night in Los Angeles, California rocking this new ‘do. It’s been a minute seen we’ve heard anything from her, which is a shame as she’s one of my favorite female MC’s. These days, instead of releasing actual albums – she seems content in following Mariah Carey anywhere and everywhere….(…) lol. Anyway…
