As previously reported, Solange Knowles is set to release her sophomore effort ‘Sol-Angel & The Hadley Street Dreams’ on August 26th via Geffen Records. These exclusive new promotional shots for the 21 year old were shot by Leslie Kee. She looks stunning, having blossomed into a very beautiful young lady.

Awesome. These are really witty shots I love them. I have been a fan of Solange (and have way more respect from publishing stealing Beyonce) since she wrote “Simply Deep” for Kelly. She’s awesome. The Neo-Soul sound she’s heading for this album is unexpected and I can’t wait. I’m still bumping “CCNightcap” and “White Picket Dreams” until I can hear some more awesome collabos on the album.

All of her promo pics make her look bad. The only one where she looks even remotely decent is the one with the mic. First it was that monstrosity with that hideous yellow eye shadow and now this. She needs new PR. You can tell she’s trying, and I’m sure it isnt her fault, but whoever does B’s pics should be doing Solange’s as well.
