Renown songwriter Sean Garrett (Destiny’s Child, Usher, Ciara etc) is set to release his debut album ‘Turbo 919’ this summer. The video for the LP’s first single ‘Grippin’ On This Bed’, featuring Ludacris, made its debut yesterday. While the song’s infectious hook has made me like it all the more, the video is kinda ‘blah’ IMO. It’ll be interesting to see if Sean’s record garners more attention than the producer/songwriters -turned artists before him.

Love love love the song I got in on a complilation disk and i listened to it everyday, this version has way to much base it might be the version that was on You Tube but without all the base is better, yeah the video is kinda blah to me too but hey what did you expect him bending over a woman for the whole video, yeah i can just see Luda doing that with the Bang bang bang bang but it’s not gonna happen, good song though, Love Luda but i thought he was growing his hair back 🙁
WHY does every producer think they can become a mega star???? They obviously are craving attention cuz they can’t get enough mainstream attention from just being a producer. Just cuz you can use a autotune or a vocoder on your voice doesn’t mean jack. I’m sorry, but he needs to go STFD.
