The video for Michelle Williams brand new single ‘We Break The Dawn’ finally made its debut today. In what may sound like an oxymoron: expectantly the video served up the unexpected. From Michelle’s edgy, sass, to the choreography, to the costumes…everything. The masses notion of ‘Michelle from Destiny’s Child’ really looks set to change. Good stuff. Michelle’s first secular solo LP ‘Unexpected’ hits stores August 12th.

i dont mean to hate or anything, but i dont know why michelle chose to go in the whole “dance” direction when she’s not a strong dancer… you can see that she barely did anything in the video (although the part where they tossed her around was pretty hot) she just did a few hops…

WoW! Great job! I loved the entire video…I loved that it wasn’t too overdone…she danced more than I expected and I loved that too!
Michelle is definitely more comfortable in her skin right now and I loved that she was the only girl in the video, giving her all the attention she deserved…just a good ol’ night out with the boys.
I thought I was excited about the project before but now…..I mean….wow!
