I agree with the other person He was trying to sing it like Beyonce! Especially at the end. That "was" Beyonce's Signature note!!(Before He Destroyed it) He's barely a studio singer thats it! He had to have been in the lobby and someone spotted him & asked if He could do the opening SPB!! ((At The Last 1/2 Second!) So Credit is Given for attempting. "Hell I cant even sing & could have done a better job than he did! Miley Cirus did a better Job than he did!! She really cant sing!! The problem I have with it is that I feel he was mimicking other stand-out performers who have sung the S P B (Kelly Rowland,Fantasia,Beyonce,Christina A.,so forth & so on).
