ASHNTI SHOULD STOP TRYING TO SING AND STOP TRYING TO ACT AND STOP WRITING HORRIBLE SONGS. SHE SHOULD JUST SPEND NELLY’S MONEY AND FALL BACK. SHE’S WACK. THE PERFORMANCE WAS BAD. SHE SOUNDS BAD. FUCK THE BEYONCE COMPARISONS. EVEN IF ASHANTI WAS THE ONLY FEMALE RNB CHICK OUT SHE WOULD STILL BE THE WACKEST. SHE SEEMS SO UNORIGINAL AND SHE SPEAKS LIKE AN AIR HEAD. EVERYTHING IS “BANANAS” AND HER LAUGH ANNOYS MANY. I BELIEVE EVERYONE IS GOOD AT SOMETHING DON’T GET ME WRONG. BUT ENTERTAINMENT ISN’T HER STRONG POINT. MAYBE SHE’S A GOOD COOK OR SOMETHING.

The fact is Ashanti has come some way from her debut days. People used to flat out say SHE CANT SING now shes a little better. Really I think this is the best i’ve heard her sing, but it isn;’t great, c’mon now LOL. Hate to bring Bey in this but ya’ll did first, fact is Beyonce has a nice voice than Ashanti, Ashanti’s voice isn;t really pleasant to listen to, Beyonce’s is plus sh cn sing better overall. But Nelly beats
Jay ANYDAY! But Beyonce aint no goldigger she got her own.

I am an Ashanti fan, but that was not her best peformance. She can sing way better than that. She has nothing to prove, when she hit the scene, she was hot, had it on lock. Her debut album spoke volumes. Why must there always be a comparison made. Both ladies are talented in their own ways. I’m also a Beyonce fan, she’s a better performer, but Ashanti’s a better actress. They are both beautiful. Stop hating, Ashanti has Nelly and Bey has Jay and all the haters have in this forum . . . GET OVER IT already . . . LMAO just SAD

Lol Beyonce haters are just plain tired. No one here compared Beyonce to Ashanti and to say that Ashanti is prettier than Beyonce is just laughable. To the one clown that said that Beyonce is after Jay-Z’s money you dont make it to the Forbes top 5 most powerful celebrities by being a gold digger, Beyonce has her own. Does Ashanti feauture anywhere on this list; doubt it. By the way The Declaration was crap no wonder why she only sold less than 90 000 copies in one week shame. Get yourselves a better idol to have Ashanti as an idol is just plain embarassing.

I did not like that performance. She was trying to hard to hit the high notes and her high notes were a bit loud but thats just what I think. Keep trying Ashanti
