She has some really nice songs though. She didnt write them but she delivers them well. There is something about her as an “artist” that I like. Or maybe it’s the material she/her people choose to put out.

BULL!!! people rag on Ashanti but that chick has sold over 25 million albums, has set a world record next to the beatles and has won a Grammy. Plus she writes all her material. COME ON PEOPLE! and Kelly isn’t that great as a solo star but has had major fame an success from Destiny’s Child. So come on people get into real talented artist.

I pride myself on listening to some amazing talented artists, however, like most, I have a few guilty pleasures, & Rihanna happens to be one of them.
Good Girl Gone Bad was an excellent Pop album due mainly to it’s strong production values. But it shouldn’t really be considered as R&B, I think that is where people are going wrong & why they hate on Riri so bad…

That is a TERRIBLE CD cover. Looks fan-made by somebody that is colorblind and just bought Photoshop 20 minutes before making the cover. Seriously.
That said, do people really by the original CD AND the re-release? Do people even buy re-releases? I mean. When you can go to iTunes and grab the 4 new songs and a remix, why buy the entire album? I think Kelly was smart in just releasing the deluxe material instead of actually thinking people would be fooled into buying (or NOT buying as it would seem LOL) the CD again.

As a fan or Rihanna, I won’t be buying the album because it only has three extra songs on it, which I have already downloaded and I have the original album from last year, It’s a little annoying when bands/artists decide a couple of months down the line to re-release the album as special edition with more songs.
Most of the time this kind of thing happens to me when I buy an album. Usher will do it next, not like I brought his album,I download that, not that great anyway, but my point is it seems like it’s best to wait

I will def be buying it! She is the greatest woman in musuc right now, producing hit after hit. I love the new tracks: “Take a Bow,” “Disturbia,” and “If I Never See Your Face Again.” Those alone are reason enough to cop the album!
~I didn’t buy her other albums, so this one’ll be no different. I liked her in the beginning, but after awhile she became full of herself. There are countless other real singers out there that don’t get their credit cause of talentless wannabes like Rihanna. She can’t even take full credit for some of her hits like “Umbrella” cause she didn’t even write the song. And I find it amazing how the big cover change is just like Chris Brown’s. They both added red as if it was supposed to change the quality of both albums.
