As a fan much of Perry’s work, I’ll most definitely be checking for this one. It looks like it’ll be a winner. ‘The Family That Preys’ hits theatres across the US on September 12th.

Sidebar…I know he likes Jill Scott’s song “Hate on Me” (and I actually really like the song’s lyrics) but I think another song would have “fit” better in the trailer…just my 2 cents.

Yes, Tyler Perry inspired me to continue my own personal writing career and to see his quality, family oriented work going to screen is phenomenal.

I just saw the trailer for Tyler Perry’s new film, A Family that Preys, and that looks like a good movie too.
He always delivers a heartfelt movie; and it looks like this film is about the paths we take in life, and and the lessons we learn along the way. Starring Kathy Bates, Alfre Woodard, and Tyler Perry. In theaters September 12th, 2008.
