Everytime she puts an song, an album out. The fans made her big…but the haters made her even bigger. Like the comments I expect to see in here. Everyone has contributed to her success one way or another unless you NEVER talked about her bad or good.
She is a marketing genius and a smart business woman and a creative person. She may not be the strongest singer, or a Janet on stage. But her artistry, personality, images and stunts have kept fans going and haters going which made her even more popular.
She will do 20 more years of this trust me. She signed a new deal which means more tours, more music, more vagina, more labia, more yoga, more images, and more endorsements.
Damn you go bitch!!!

Madonna has kept creating controversy which has kept her going. You keep the press happy with stories to print, and they’ll help you along.
She is a cultural and music icon – but not because of her vocal or musical ability.
PS: She should start wearing some more clothes, a 50 year old in skimpy clothes is not sexy.

Happy birthday Madge! You’ve truley been an inspiring icon to me for so long! I remember madonna being on the radio since i was 7 yrs old, now 23 i’ve honestly followed her since then – i dont know any other artisit that has spanned that timeline consistently staying fresh and new in the charts. in decades to come she will continue to be remembered and talked about like superstars Elvis etc, wether it be in a good or bad way, because of her impact on pop culture. Love her…

SHE HAS DONE AMAZING WELL TO BE IN THE MUSIC BIZ FOR OVER 2 DECADES, SHE HAS REINVENTED HERSELF AND HAS KEPT UP HER MUSIC STATUS AND HAS APPEAL FOR ALL AGES.
SHE CAME FROM NOTHING TO INTERNATIONAL ULTIMATE POPSTAR
I AM 20 AND I DON’T REMEMBER EVERY ARTIST FROM THE 80′S,
MADONNA HAS KEPTED HER NAME IN THE BUISNESS AND HAS PRODUCE SOME CLASSICS SUCH AS VOGUE, LIKE A PRAYER AND MUSIC
SHE GOES WITH TIME, WITH STYLE AND APPEARENCE
U CAN KNOCK HER BUT ONE THING YOU CAN’T KNOCK HER FOR, IS THAT SHE KNOWS HOW TO PLAY THE GAME WELL.
NOT EVERY ARTIST CAN LAST THAT LONG IN THE BIZ AND STILL REMAIN HIP IN THE MUSIC BIZ, IN EACH GENERATION

Madonna simply put is one fierce b*@ch. I’m 27 and remember her music from when I was 6. Some of my favorite songs of hers were when I was a child.
She is consistent with her music, always fresh and current. She continously comes up with fresh new ways to reinvent herself to stay relevant. Her tours are what most artists aspire to have. She always pleases and never fails or flops. Her music is the epitomy of what it is to be and international icon, it appeals to everyone.
She is a legend in her own right. And she looks damn good for 50.

Madonna hasn’t done anything worth listening to or watching since she copped out the American Life project. it’s sad really.

I don’t buy her CDs because I’ve never been a fan. She is simply a woman that is not afraid to take risks! She has had serious money for over 30 years so she can keep taking risks.

if it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have “artists” like rihanna who make good songs but don’t necessarily have talent vocally. with her, i can take it or leave it. but she really should put some clothes on. If my mother was 50 walking around like that, i’d put her in a home

She is the best.
I just got ALL her albums so far, they’re like 12 (soundtracks and live not counted).
She was great at her beginnings, and so she is nowadays.
Nobody can reach the idea I have of her.
Nobody can say anything at all about her, she has worked hard through years and she is on top of the world, deserves it.
Thank you Madonna, for the great music you’re making from the 80s.
Love you

I liked her music when she first came out, but now I just don’t see all the hoopla. But hey, if people are willing to spend all that money to see her perform, then who am I to judge? Personally I wouldn’t spend 5 cents on her.

I respect Madonna. Homegirl has been in the music industry 20+ years. I wonder if some of these so-called divas could stick around for twenty plus years.

The woman will be a money magnet for the rest of her life. She has an amazing, celebrated career and frankly, haters are just cheap talkers. Her music gets better and better and with every album, she tries something new. She doesn’t just listen to the “mainstream”, she thinks outside of the box.
Her following is so humongous. She has proven how to become an “international” star. If Beyonce wants to sell tour tickets for the next 30 years like Madonna’s doing right now, she needs to learn from her career and take chances.
