MJ's 50th birthday is tomorrow, and Janet kicks off her first tour in 7 years 3 days later (Sept. 10). this would work out GREAT for everyone involved. i would just DIE if they performed 'Scream'!!!! MTV is definitely trying to revive their ratings. but what better way to do that than with the King and Queen of Pop!!!
