Peep the official trailer for Mariah Carey’s most recent foray into the movie sphere ‘Tennessee’. Directed by Lee Daniels, the movie is Carey’s first major feature in a film since 2001′s ‘Glitter’…(and we all know the story with that lol). This definitely looks worth a look-see though. ‘Tennessee’ hits theatres across the US on December 19th.
Randomness: Does anyone else think Mariah’s ‘Glitter’ album was actually pretty good? I rate it higher than quite a few of her releases.

I look forward to “Tennessee,” but I had to give you mad props for what you said about the “Glitter” soundtrack. I feel the same way! There’s some pretty hot stuff on it.

glitter did have some amazingly hot tunes on there !
it was the media that made the whole glitter – album and movie seem much worse than it was !
the people…. sorry… (sheep) caught on with that and just went with it !

GLITTER album was one of the best album of mariah, better than rainbow,charmbracelet,and even e=mc2, last night a dj save my life is the kiler track

Glitter movie was not as awful as everyone made it out to be. and Glitter album was a GREAT album!

Glitter was actually, music-wise, one of her best albums.

And her voice was flawless back in 01-02
The public wanted her voice was worn out for some odd reason..
I'm a fan of Mariah, Emancipation of Mimi – to my ears- was the best R&B album of the century so far

I liked the movie too… And the album – it really is one of her best as others said.
I read some critics comments somewhere that said that people should go back to it and reexplore it. Something like that… It’s really worth it… I don’t know what happened then… Maybe it’s really 9/11…
And now I just can’t wait to see “Tennessee”. It would have been great if there was another movie soundtrack by Mariah with it…

I loved “Glitter”,too. The movie and the soundtrack,aswell. I think Mariah deserves another chance…I mean,c’mon,she’s not that bad!

i watched the movie for the first time today.
with unbias eyes.
its not as bad as ppl claim it to be.
