Following the recent controversy surrounding Danity Kane (which led to the axing of members Aubrey O’ Day and D. Woods), remaining members Dawn Richard, Audrea Fimbres and Shannon Bex made an appearance at Jet Nightclub in Las Vegas last night. The ladies are also said to have performed at the club.
They all look great, Audrea especially, however I’m just not warming to the idea of the group as a three. Technically, the group could work as some of the remaining ladies are arguably the most talented in both line-ups. However the lack of Aubrey and D. Woods is just oh-so-apparent and needed too. This isn’t the inter-changeable Pussycat Dolls (aka Nicole and whoever they decide to shove behind her…I’m still shocked at how they dyed one of the random chick’s hair red when redhead Carmit Barchar left. I guess it worked as many didn’t even notice! Enough of my ramble LMAO).

Where is the D.Woods interview?
I’m kinda feelin that too…but if it would hav been any of these three ladies then i wouldn’t be checkin them fo sure…these three were always my favs…so i reeeeaaally wanna see what they’r goin to bring up next time…maybe Diddy is tryin to create the “next DC” group…they will never be famous like DC but they hav a big number of fans so they’ll prob hav a nice couple of good moments on the music scene…

^lol…n e way I think the trio will workout. All three are talented. Shannon looks s***, classy s*** (no homo). Andrea banging vocals, Dawn all around performer, Shannon great dancer. They all seem to click with each other and probably will show up to rehearsals without no problems. But I still think Diddy should have kept D.Woods, oh well.
I think DK can still hold it down. Dawn and Aundrea sang most of the songs anyway.
By the way I was their and they didn’t perform, they were just hanging out.
I’m sorry but this wont work. They’ve lost a lot of fans due to the axing of Aubrey and Woods. I for one won’t be buying any of their music without the complete members, it’s a waist.
Diddy is exploiting these poor girls (save for Dawn). If they had any smarts they would get out now. Diddy is going to screw them over just like he screws the rest of his artist.

Aundrea, Shannon and Dawn are my favs. They look good as a trio. I wish them only the best. And yeah Aundrea does look super hot!!!

I do think a test drive seeing if the publib buys DK as a trio would be a good idea. Especailyl if Diddy doesn’t want to reunite the entire group. Adding two new members right away would be a pretty foolish thing to do. How does he expect them to get along if these 5 girls didnt and they went threw this entire process together.
It becomes a sad situation but I mean, what can you say. They should have been professionals about it and still kept it cool, because it still was their job-anyway you spin it.
I really would love to hear DK3 (LOL like DC3) record a track! But they better give Shannon something better than just the chorus-No DC ish needs to start since they’re a trio currently!

I will give the group a second chance. Aubrey was my favorite group member in Danity Kane, but I love Dawn’s and Aundrea’s voice. I think Shannon is very pretty and a good dancer. If they have good music, then I will remain a fan. However, if their music sucks, then I will forget about the group and move on.

The group had a meeting after their tour with Diddy. Diddy asked them why the group was not getting along. The group had cliques. Aubrey and Aundrea use to be best friends in the group. Then D.Woods and Aubrey was best friends in the group. Aundrea and Aubrey hardly spoke to each other. Diddy asked Aundrea why she emailed him about quitting the group, but she was afraid to explain to him why she wanted to leave the group. Then Aubrey said that the group does not get along, because they do not trust each other. She explained to Diddy that she did not like how she heard rumors about him promoting Dawn and helping her go solo. She also told Diddy that he did not promote their group enough. He told her that he does not like how she spoke to him, because he was her boss. He does not need to explain anything about his personal business to Aubrey or the rest of the group. In addition, he told her that he was not helping Dawn go solo, but she was helping him create his demos for his next album. He explained to her that Dawn has a special and unique voice that was useful for helping him create new songs. They need to take a more initiative to promote their group. He then told Aubrey that she was not in the group anymore. He talked about how Aubrey and D.Wood called themselves Ebony and Ivory, which divided the group by forming cliques. He asked D.Woods if she was happy in the group, and she responded no. He told her that she was not in the group anymore. The meeting ended with only Dawn, Aundrea, and Shannon left in the group. I am not sure if I remember all the events correctly during the final episode. I know that Diddy asked Dawn and Shannon about what the problems were in the group, but I do not remember what they said. Anyway, it has been a while since I last watched the final episode. This summary explained why D. Woods was kicked out the group. You could watch it on MTV. By the way, I like all the group members. I wish that they could all have remained in the group. I know Diddy gave Aubrey chances to remain in the group. I understand that you do not care for Aubrey, but I like her. I just wish she and Diddy had a private meeting that explicitly stated the things she needed to change about her personality to remain in the group. I guess, I liked Aubrey because of her personally during the first and second seasons on Making the Band. Well, no girl group last forever. It will be interesting to hear their new songs on their upcoming album. After hearing their new song, I will determine if I still like them. I think Shannon seemed obsolete in the group, because the producers did not use her a lot in the last two albums. She needs to develop a personality that highlights her strengths in singing as Dawn and Aundrea did.

Sorry, I tried to explain what happen during the meeting when D.Woods was kicked out of the group, but I do not think I remember all of the events accurately.
