Undeterred by the disappointing sales of her solid new album ‘Unexpected’, Michelle Williams performed a range of songs from the set for AOL Sessions recently. Check out the performances below:

For the most part, I really enjoyed the performances – particularly the ‘Hello Heartbreak’, ‘We Break The Dawn’ and ‘The Greatest’ showings. Here’s hoping things pick up with the project soon. It’s too good of an album IMO to go unheard by the masses.

her album is very very good without a doubt…
but her performances are pretty weak, the greatest is sounding off key in a lot of parts…don’t know what’s up with her shows, i always tought she could sing but she’s proving me wrong…

I loved the performances and I love her music. Lots of people are sleepin on Michelle. Very talented. I’m definitely buying this album. I also have her last. I especially love her voice and the energy she gives in her performances. Most performers these days don’t put forth any effort when it comes to performing. They figure since their music is selling, why bother? Michelle, you keep doin’ ur thang girl. Leave the haters in your dust.

Rihanna Sucks poster I am going to need for YOU to give it up. I tell you people with no pot to piss in love talking trash about people who are better than them. Also she was NOT off key she sounded good. Also, her album is FIRE!!!! one of the BEST to come out this year BY FAAAARR!!! The only album to do the pop/euro/dance thing WELL because the lyrics still had substance. Also, just because someone is not selling doesn’t mean the quality is bad. ALOT ALOT ALOT of GARBAGE songs/albums sold very well this year while GREAT songs were slept on. I won’t even began to list all the garbage because I would be here all day.

Whateva she sounded AMAZING and just “Hungover” is WAAAAAAY better live. The band added that “stank” on it. Y’all are DEAF! Really makes me wonder what you all listen to on a regular to make you ignorant to good music. Plus, what makess it worse you all approach HER with closed ears. NO matter how great she is you refuse to accept it but when less talented artsit who are shoved down our throats give of CRAP we eat it like it is steak and lobster. Sad state in music right now. Keep doing your thing Michelle!!!
Oh and to person who can’t stand her WONDERFUL personality it is not her fault you prefer people who make watching paint dry more interesting then watching them.

Oooooooooh okay. I am gonna buy Michelle’s CD now cuz I heard Beyonce’s entire CD and I have to say I don’t care for it. I dont know what it is, but something is missing from it.
Don’t hate me cuz I AM a Beyonce and DC fan!
