The track is overproduced; the beat of the song seems to be competing with her for our attention, and it (the beat) clearly won. Her delivery was also very routine, reminds me of throwback Vanity/Pebbles I hear on oldies urban radio. I'm convinced, however, that Scary Spice is extremely talented. She just needs appropriate material to showcase her vocal assets.
