I preferred Laura to Alexandra. I think this song worked for her. She was able to make it her own. Overall, I agree with Simon. Vocals are amazing this week, looks/presentation lackluster.

I'm sorry, although i like Diana there is nothing that original about her, she sounds very similar to Dolores O'Riordan from the cranberries (check youtube) As for the comments about Alexandra, yes, there are loads of black girls who can sing alexander has a good tone to her voice and has been on point for weeks. For me this is Laura's best weeks, she didn't sing in 3 voices and was reminiscent of the girl we saw in the first audition (i know its the same song) She didn't sound like an Amy Winehouse tribute band and was more original. it's sad that Austin went home because he wasn't the worst but he does sound too much like lee from Blue and that started to irk me. Rachel… Rachel looked like older than 26 and hasn't (apart from last week) shown much star quality. Simon and co keep saying raw talent – fantasia had raw talent she needs to step it up. Daniel & Oeghan need to go the the judges keep praising the young rhythmless one. Mariah week will be a hard week. Cjeryl needs t take notes on her artists interpreting Mariah songs and not trying to be Mariah. Alex needs to be careful as she's sung Mariah already so needs to make it original as we know already that she can sing mariah songs. Hopefully this'll be the end of Daniel and Oeghan leaving room for the real artists in the making

Alexandra was the best FULL STOP!! In it to win it.....I was worried a few weeks ago cus she seemed to be stressed out in the comp BUT recently she's enjoyin herself and doing GREAT. I hope she win's but i respect the threats in the comp.

Laura is really good and powerful i like her a lot.
Diana needs to show a little stage presence but she's definately showing her versatility with making songs her own. Very good...
Rachel very very lucky to still be in.... though her and Austin should've not been bottom 2...

Daniel must goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo he ain't gonna win so no point public helping out... Eoughan hasn't really flopped as yet in the tasks given but he not strong enough to win.

Ruth was ok but not my fav of hers
The fact Austin's song wasn't very Disco may have been contributing factor to his bottom 2 outcome but he sung well IMO...

JLS got it right this week so they deserve to continue. They can still get vocally better but the chemistry is really cool to see.

Sam, you need to stop ignoring diana. She is out an out the most original, naturally talented artist in the show. I feel like you only ever highlight the ‘rnb’-ish type artists. but this would be a much better, more rounded set of updates if you actually looked at the outside of this little rnb bubble. alexandra: Leona Lewis on benefits – Laura:great voice….but thats about it, and JLS;hmmmmm really? c’mon man…they are ok, but not as great as people making out. only 2 of them have strong voices anyways.

yea i think every1 now knows diana is gonna win…she would be an amazing winner…x factor is soo gd this year..better than the leona year!!!

i think diana would be huge internationally…she can easily crossover with her unique style
