I remember people complaining about Leona having no personallity now people are hating on Alex 4 having too much personality, if I remember correctly Cheryl told Alex that she would have to let people see more of her personality is if she was to stand any chance. She said herself she has changed and is probably a different person from the one (somewho knows her) once knew. In terms of her personality: YES she got a little diva thing going in her actions especially in performances but she is also fun and hungry to do what she loves so nothing wrong with that..
She admitted she was too serious at first and be4 but she’s grown and now blossoming in2 a REAL Artist.

JLS second performance was their best but i still feel they are lackin abit of Soul in the vocal arrangments.
