With the initial first single from 50 Cent’s forthcoming LP ‘Before I Self Destruct’ ‘Get Up’ causing the album to be pushed back due to lack of interest, the rapper is hoping ‘I Get In’ – the record’s ‘official’ lead single – will ignite the charts. However, I’m not sure how feasible such hope is with this one. Despite being produced by the increasingly elusive Dr Dre, it still comes across distinctly typical 50. Nothing new or particularly of interest here. It really is a case of ‘step your game up, or fall back’ here IMO.
Hit or Miss?

Let me get this straight, Fif. You make fun of Kanye for singing. Yet your first official single you’re doing the same thing. Except, Kanye’s lyrics are thoughtful. While yours are childish. Grow up, then do another album.

It have a dated sound to it(more like his previous work). Its not that bad! Im actually feeling it! Him and Ciara are coming with good hits but wouldnt say the best but shoot imma ride with it. Its much better then GET UP! Thats for sure and Ciara Never Ever is way better then Go Girl and mainly all of her leaks!

same old same old.
i don’t like kanye’s new album, but at the very least, he’s taking risks and trying different things. you can’t say the same about 50.

He sounds to flat, especially at the first beginning and the chorus….the 2nd verse is a little betta, but overall…THUMBS DOWN!!! Try being a little more creative and use lyrics that make you think….

This sucks. I wouldn’t play this twice. Wow, not even a Dr. Dre beat could help make this hot. 50 is done, he doesn’t have it in him to make hits consistenly anymore. “I Get Money” was just a fluke and it was really the sample that carried that song anyway.

Hating ass bitches.
50 is a freaking god in the rap game he
got so much money so he don’t really care what a hater got to say.
Get a freaking life because KING 50 would still sell and making more money than YOU AND I:)..

“Crack A Bottle,” Eminems new song which features hm (sadly) and Dr. Dre, was a pretty good song!

50 Cent needs to stop doing the hardcore music. It's not working anymore. Especially ever since "Ayo Technology." I was surprised how well "I Get Money" did, since it wasn't as Poppy.
Anywho I don't see 50 Cent ever being half as big as he was back in his 'Get Rich Or Die Tryin' ' the album days…. He better take the Pop-Rap route if he wants to make money- Go head 50, hop on the Ja Rule train that you tried to destroy years back- or FALL BACK< LMAO!

I liked it… What’s wrong with you? Try and be objective. Although I don’t like 50′s character, yet it is a very good song.
For you people all that seems to be important is good personality – is the talent not important anymore? What a shame…

umm noone is saying 50 is broke. people are just judging the song on its own merit.
rich or broke, the song is still mediocre.

I’m not really feelin 50 Cent in general but he does come with hits now and again.
This is gonna be an anthem no doubt the beat is HARD it reminds me of Oochie Wally. I don’t really listen 2 the verses but he has catchy hooks and pre hooks on this one..
This will prob be the stand-out track from the album just like I Get Money was on the last one

The song is O.K. I would not buy the song; I would just listen to it on the radio.
