R&B star Brandy performed the US national anthem – The Star Spangled Banner – at the Pistons v Grizzlies NBA game on Marin Luther King day recently.
Though not the best rendition of the song I’ve heard, still a great effort on Ms. Norwood’s part. Good stuff.

Yes! Finally she did something big! I was gettin kinda desperate…like “where is she?”…i like it…like u said Sam…not the best but it was quite good though!

IT was great for me. Not trying to overdue it like some artist. Just str8 forward. She sounded really nice. I love her tone. BTW this is Brandy’s best performance of the National Anthem.

I love Brandy so much, she always sticks to her style and never tries to out due what she is good at tone, harmonies and runs this girl is amazing! I love when artist sing the National Anthem acapella so much more intense for me, anyone can get in the studio but this is just amazing to me.

I actually think it is one of the best, with ought all that uncalled for unnecessary over the the top notes other people do to make it seem good, this seems effortless.

I think Brandy did a great job. She sang the S.S.B a while back and i didnt think it was that good. This time around i think she nailed it. I loved it and love brandy too!!
