well my view of this situation would be that i dnt give a damn who made tha list as long as they put gucci mane and young jeezy on the list i am satisfied.

In 2009 i gotta agree with most of this list but….i feel like there should be reasons why ppl were on this list.

#1 – Jay-Z – obvious reason The Blueprint III hot album

#2– Eminem – cant forget about him, crazy come back album Relapse..creative album but went hard on some tracks especially “Beautiful”

#3 – Lil Wayne – Young money been taken over the rap spotlight in the past years plus a fire albums and killer mixtapes, no reason why weezy shouldnt be here.

#4 – Drake – Pretty much an all arounder can do it all sing or rap, Drake can fit any typa song either rapping or singing..crazy lyrics and crazy tracks.

#5 – Kanye West – 808′s and Heartbreak probably one of the most deepest albums and real albums i heard..pretty much his shit is real

#6 – Rick Ross – besides the controversy, i still think ricky is a rapper…most of his tracks are legit…Check out his newest album Deeper Than Rap, pretty legit

#7 – Gucci Mane/Young Jeezy – i likem both equally..they both went hard in 2009 crazy mixtapes & albums

#8 – The Game – in my opinion i think the game is better than 50 cent i listen to them both i like both of their music but i think the game has an edge on 50.

#9 – Chamillionaire – Despite all the album feuds with Chamilionaire…i think his style is the most creative in the game…takes a different approach and it works for him just fine…hardly disappointed with his tracks…albums are insane…and can also sing and rap…mixtapes are crazyy cant forget about them

#10 – T.I. – Probably one of the most under rated rappers in the game…his music is legit never disappointed with T.I.

ETC… THEY THINK THEY KNOW BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA…EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OWN…HALF THE FOLKLS ON THAT LIST SHOULD NOT B REPRESENTED…GET RID OF 50, FAB, DRAKE, RICK AND RAE…ALL DOPE BUT WE ARE TALKING THE BEST.
