Miley Cyrus – “I’ve Never Heard A Jay-Z Song”
In a recent interview, Disney phenomenon Miley Cyrus revealed that she apparently “never heard a Jay-Z song.” Here is an excerpt from the conversation:
“Honestly, I picked that song ’cause I needed something to go with my clothing line,” the 16-year-old revealed. “I didn’t write it. I didn’t even expect it to be popular originally.”
Cyrus shocked the interviewer when she said she had never even heard a song by the rapper. “I’ve never heard a Jay-Z song. I don’t listen to pop music and it’s not even my style of music.” {Source}
Now I understand why she is Disney’s darling; she’s a bigger puppet than Pinocchio. She clearly has no artistic investment in her music and is geared only toward satisfying the media giant that is Disney merchandising. Then again, I’m not surprised because she has never shown any interest in her musical development. Just listen to her voice and you will see what I mean. Remember Vh1’s ‘Divas’? My point exactly.

oh hell no! Miley is my girl and she deserves everything that she has earned AND more. she’s an amazing artist and singer. so quit talkin’ smack on her >:/

wow.. i actually liked the song, and she was starting to earn cool points with me.. too bad those points disapearred.. she put a jayz song on the same level as Achy breaky heart.. she always puts her foot in her mouth.

I like that song a lot but she atleast shoulda done some research of those she mentions in her song. NEVER HEARD A JAY Z song? where does she live?

Shes an idiot! I don’t find her a credible artist at all! Especially after hearing this! For Heavens Sake, she actually mentions Jay in her single! Also, how on earth can she classify JayZ into “pop music or whatever”! Right Miley!

She’s a 16 year old white girl who works for disney and listens to country music, OF COURSE SHE HASN’T HEARD A JAY-Z SONG FOLKS!!! I don’t know why people are so surprised, this didn’t shock me in the least. Still, Party In The USA is my jam, which is pretty sad in and of itself when you think about it, lol!

This chick is an idiot! She’s so stupid! Itz CLEAR that she don’t know about Jay-z… cuz Jay-z/his music is not “pop”. Not only should should she have deleted herself from Twitter, but also from anything else that involves “media”. I can’t stand her “pole dancing” a**.
