During a recent playback of his comeback effort ‘Graffiti’ for MTV, Chris Brown confirmed that the Eva Simons-assisted ‘Pass Out’ will serve as the LP’s next single along with ‘Sing Like Me’.
While ‘Pass Out’ will be serviced to Pop radio and TV stations, ‘Sing Like Me’ (the album’s standout cut IMO) will receive the Urban treatment. {Source}
Major props to whoever is selecting Chris’ singles for this project, as each decision made has been logical, well-thought out and all round the best possible pick IMO. An interesting observation, as I can name countless album’s which have faltered, despite having some great material, due to crappy single choices.

A large part of why this song is good is because it samples HEAVILY from someone else’s music. I don’t know how i feel about that. I can’t really criticize other artists for not writing their own music and then respect the creator of this song.

The U.S. The U.K. Australia, Ireland, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and two others that make it eight that I don’t remember.. But there on there.
So Itunes albums sale charts from what they say account for thirty percent of albums sold in and outside of the U.S. so these sale figures on what His new album Graffiti has sold are suppose to be thirty percent of all albums sold. And the reason why I went into a lengthy conversation about this is because, not only is he one of my but many peoples favorite artists, but he has also endeared some of the worst hatred from the world ranging from figures in the record industry to not working with him when he made there single a hit when he was on it, to the common working fan.. And despite claiming he was guilty, and apologizing on numerous occasions, pleading gulity willingly, going to multiple domestic violence counseling classes, keeping what she did wrong out of the picture, the media’s ears, and eyes. And going on a fan appreciation tour, working and generating and donating a good potion of the proceeds to the Jenesee center, an organization for battered women help and shelters, and the rest to Best Buddies, a program that connects memtally challenged people to Regular people friends to help them feel like they fit in and belong, people still continue to call him a woman beater, say that his career is over and he’ll never sell another album again, and there were literally seemingly millions of them online blogging everywhere about this. Nd unfortunately for there sake there still are
So I started bloggin about four months ago about this in his defense, because these people came off as so hateful based on a human mistake like as if they never do anything wrong..
And I joined the millions defending him, and raised awareness about his album that alot of radio stations for the longest time this year now have blacklisted..
I think its six of his songs off of his new album, are the number one most downloaded songs off of itunes single download chart and have reached that point in just five days outside of the u.s. and just one day after release in the u.s…
And three of them aren;t even official singles off of his album.
So, I’m patient but looking forward to the end of the week this Friday to see how many albums he sold outside of the U.S. when the report is released, and anxious Next tuesday to see how many he sold in the U.S. As I said before, I have a feeling haters are going to be very surprised!

Being that many radio stations still aren’t playing his music,, he hasn’t been able to perform it anywhere live on a nationally televised program and it still made it to top tweny that is impressive! ‘Transform Ya’ is still No 1 itunes r&b downloads top 20 in itunes 100 downloaded, and “Crawl’ is No 2 on itunes r&b, ‘Forever’ is still No 8 after 2 years being out. His album is No 2 on itunes top downloaded albums and top ten in numerous other countries and # 1 in Australia and Belgium It may not sell as many units as his previous LP initially, but anything over 100,000k is not a flop! With all the obstacles he has, and the way the media continues to butcher his name, he is still doing quite well. He has many potential hit singles such as ‘Wait’ with Trey, or ‘What I do’, ‘Sing Like Me’, ‘Movie”. The album is full out hits, besides ‘Crawl’ he hasn’t released the best material yet!
I like ‘Sing Like Me’ and it might do well on urban radio, but I don’t think it will be a mainstream hit. “Pass Out’ shouldn’t be released in the US, due to ist title I think it is too risky. I think it will do better in the UK. ‘Forever’ was a huge hit in the US as wll, but “Pass Out’ I think only appeals to the market overseas. I think his next single should be “Wait’ Transform Ya wasn’t the big hit that he probabaly thought it was but ‘Wait’ could be much bigger! I think maybe he is trying to wait to summer to release that, but I think that he should release it now. ‘Movie’ will be a good r&b ballad he could release! I don’t know what he is waiting for, but he needs to start releasing the hits now and stop stalling!
