UK singer Leona Lewis took the stage on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ last evening. The songbird performed ‘I Got You’, the second single from her new album, ‘Echo’. The LP has been a commercial disappointment in the US, selling just over 100, 000 copies.
As usual, Leona was vocally on point. She is an incredibly skilled vocalist, possibly one of the best to emerge this decade. Nonetheless, there is nothing interesting about her performances other than her voice. Hopefully as her career progresses, she will improve.

SHE HAS YET TO DO A TOUR. SHE CANT EVEN DO A CONCERT BY HERSELF. LEONA IS BORRRINNG!!!! WHATEVS… SOUNDS LIKE DOING MOVIE SOUNDTRACKS SHOULD BE HER NEXT CAREER. THAT OR ELEVATOR MUSIC. ZZZZZZZZZZ.

why is this site always so damn negative that bitchy shit is jus sooo jarring leona is a uk artisit and in the uk her album is doing great … name another uk artist other than susan boyle that can even sell 100,000 in the states in a few weeks, all this leona is boring bs have you actually stopped and listened to her album have you listened to 2 “outta my head” or her rendition of “stop crying your heart out” i got is better than any single mariah has dropped over the last 3 years …the album is amazing she doesn’t have to have gimmiks to make music have stupid alter egos or have performances covered in fake blood to get noticed… compare echo to the poor excuse for an album the fame monster (which yall rave about ) and tell me who the better artist is if leona has any issues its probably not believing herself to be the superstar she is ,,, why is it with this site u only give props to singers who have to portray that diva stereotype …

Sorry but (leona) music is very boring!!!!……..She does not have her on idenity and she is off key a great deal when she sings live!!! She is suppose to be in her prime and this is the best she can do? For the record, she has never put out a sinlge better than any thing Mariah Carey has done!! Look up you tube Leona singing MC song (always be my baby) leona does come close to the voice Mariah carey has!!!!!!!!!! Memoirs Of A Imperfect Angle is A great album regardless of how my copies it sales……….Go out and buy it and see for yourselves!!

Great Singer
The problem is the Label keep her in a pop genre so she can’t explore her urban side.
Before she did x-factor she had some leaked tracks and some sounded great but it was R&B then.
She’s been boxed & i hope she gets more say on next project..
