UK singer released the music video for her new song ‘O.M.G.’ today. The song is her first solo single, due for UK release on March 22. Washington’s debut album ‘Strip’ hits stores in the early summer 2010.
The typical affair, the video was filled with glamour shots, high fashion and sex appeal. For her first video, however, it is certainly a good effort. The song is a strong contender for the UK Singles Chart and should fair well. I definitely expect to see big things from her in the near future.

Lady Gaga/Rihanna mix makes this Sabrina video, a merge of Disturbia/Pokerface it seemed, I think the girl has potential but whoever did this video treatment made it toooo similar to whats so recently been done by her contemporaries

i felt like i was watching “Bad Romance/Disturbia/Video Phone/Single Ladies/ Poker Face/Hard all in one…..am i the only one? okay this is clearly aiming for the lanes of all of the ladies whose songs i mentioned before. why why why? seriously this is so low budget. trying to be like others doesn’t work. period! ask Jennifer Lopez and Kat DeLuna unless you’re Chris Brown and you’re aiming to be like Michael Jackson but not anyone in a current high place in the industry. the wardrobe was horrible. she looks like a black Lady Gaga. choreography was so middle school talent show. here’s a thought…..how about the video actually reflect what the song is about? how about she’s at the house, several faliled attempts at reaching her man…she decides to end it…..throws his things out…..calls her girls..get in the car….they go to the club to get her mind off of him…..v.i.p. and all……from the v.i.p. area they see her man….he’s with someone else as suspected…..they go down from the v.i.p. area to the bar where he is…..confront him…..do an amazing dance break on the dancefloor which is cleared for her……performs the song for him…..she then teases and picks on him in a s*** way when the song is ending……she leaves the club with a new guy…..throughout the video have her with amazing clothes with a toned down look that fits her with glamour shots…..lose the knock off “Bad Romance” dancers and “Disturbia” dance moves and replace them with real dancers and wonderful choreography…..Laurie Ann Gibson anybody? Chris Judd? for such a hard hitting song and r&b/urban pop/dance-pop sound it’s lacking with dance horribly in the video. Alesha Dixon found her own way but Sabrina is not at all doing it. i expect more from the lead singer. they need to RESHOOT ASAP and save her career from an all time low before it even begins as a solo artist!!!! i don’t know it all and i’m not saying i’m a fabulous director but this is a hot ass flaming mess. did they run through Gaga’s wardrobe from 2008 and 2009 for this garbage? and to think That Grape Juice called Danity Kane’s “Damaged” a mess? at least the video was original and they danced their asses off for a song that required such. watchi this again because this is sad. did anyone else notice the chained dancers from “The Spice Girls Reunion Tour”? or from “Brandy’s “What About Us?” and “Strip” for an album title? sounds like a Rihanna album in the making.
good luck to her in the future…..hopefully she serves up something better than this mess for her upcoming singles because i do love the song but the video doesn’t excite me like i thought it would….i’m dissapointed so i’ll stick to the song. Ms. Sabrina Washington can do better!
This wasn’t anything like something Lady Gaga, Rihanna or Beyonce would do, I think. This is a much more recession-friendly take on those styles. The premise of it is just a girl showing off her glamorous style and her abstract take on fashion.
I totally saw the emo-esque ‘crying’ style was a take from Gaga’s other Fame Monster cover though, despite the hair being different. I’m not impressed by this video or the song itself.
I hope that her other singles are stronger than this.
No one would dance to this in a club..whatsoever.

I thought the video and song was ok we all gotta start from somewhere. She looks stunning and everyone gets influenced by what’s popular and what we see… Lady Gaga has elements of Gwen and Madonna Beyonce has element s of Tina Turner and Rhianna of kelis so its something that happens to every generation.
I think it’s good that Sabrina is keeping positive and didn’t let the negative comments get to her, because that’s what has won me over. And the fact that people comment all the way from America with such negativity. Don’t you know there’s a time difference get you fat ass to bed then go to walmart and wash your fat mouth out with bleach while your fat mum cooks waffles for breakfast.
give the girl a break. the song is ace! catchy. and tbh i like her video. she isnt as outrageous as rihanna or gaga. shes good, and loving it.
