Can’t hate on Rihanna she doing the damn thing her voice may not be for everyone but at the same time a lot of people find her voice unique and at least she is using this experience to grow as an artist and performer. I applaud her for using her talent for good and inspiring others. Overall this performance is a vast improvement she also did great on Ellen last wk when she performed Rude Boy. Keep do what you do Ms. Fenty because people are paying attention.

For anybody who thought she couldn’t sing before…..she just proved yall’s asses WR0NG. It’s just the way her voice sounds…so what can you do? To some people her singing voice may sound whiny because….she has a whiny voice voive period; like when she talks. She can’t help that. Rihanna sounded good to me, she has definitely been improving vocally. . I think her voice is an acquired taste, u like or u don’t. Granted, she’s not the best, but she definitely isn’t the worst. She must be doin something right if Sam and Trent have to post about her almost every day!

I watched it again, and I think this is one of her best vocal performances. The only thing is….I can hear the echo they used and other technical foolery to help her out. *sigh*
Nothing wrong with having what That Grape Juice calls “A goat voice”, it makes her unique. She just dissapoints me every time because she can’t carry a song when she’s not even moving around without a whole bunch of help from machines.
That Rihanna Reign just won’t let up….more like that echo machine and all her mechanical voice help just won’t let up.

Rihanna’s Live notes have always been Hit & Miss for me, There were pitch problems as usual but with this performance the Hits out weigh the misses, & there was this light tone mostly at the beginning with Take a Bow That I really Loved. She does have range which is why Theres an element to Rihanna that kinda works in her Favor & thats the element of surprise. Shes def a better performer now for a lot of different reasons but Singing & Dancing, oops i mean walking at the same time- She can Forget about it…

She’s growing more and more and there are sooooo many singers that are not pitch perfect on live performances so i let it slide.
She’ll always have that type of sound/tone in her voice but the technique will keep improving as time goes on.

OMG! She sounded amazing! To the person who posts these, just let it go! Not everyone is gonna love her voice, but you just have to admit that she sounds so good live. She’s one of the few who can replicate the studio sound and that should be respected. Also, her stage presence is far greater that any of her past stuff. She’s growing as an artist and as a performer. I actually think the person who posts is a Rihanna fan. Just come out and own it! It’s not that bad to love Rihanna. She makes hits, she sings wonderfully live, she makes awesome videos and she’s the only fresh black girl in the game representing us! Beyonce is great but she isn’t different. Rihanna is different. She takes chances with her music and image and that should be respected. She’s the only chick nowadays who can outshine Lady Gaga and it’s awesome. She’s like the Janet to Lady Gaga’s Madonna. It’s cool and should only be nutured. Rihanna is one of the best artists to come out since 2000! She has 5 #1 Hot 100 Singles, sold over 15 million albums and 50 million singles in her short 5 year career and we are just barely beginning to see her blossom into a superstar like no one has seen since Britney Spears. Lady Gaga is cool and all, but she is not on that level of superstardom, she’s a flavor of the year and after Gaga, Rihanna will still be here selling out tours and selling cutting edge fashion and most importantly singles. Beyonce is getting bring with her married ass self, Rihanna is a fashion icon and no matter if you lover her or hate her, she always has people talking.
