Even Rihanna herself said what we all have thought at some point, “He was acting like he had nothing to lose” beating her down like she wasn’t an international pop sensation and like there wouldn’t be consequences to his career. She flat out denies having struck Chris first in that 20/20 interview.

Your article with unnamed sources and no link to a police report indicating that Rihanna struck first, does not trump mine which links to the official document that was used to charge and convict Brown with a felony. And the reason why you can’t link to this alleged report saying that she hit first is because it isn’t there. If it were, Dianna Sawyer would have obtained a copy herself and read it during the interview. Sawyer wouldn’t have asked, “Did you hit him first,” she would have said something along the lines of , “but the police report says, you hit him first . . .”

And you can try to front like that cell phone search warrant wasn’t “the actual police” report, but this is the second time that YOU have linked to a source, that either actually linked back to the search warrant or was referred to verbatim as “the police report.” The fact that you linked me to an interview where Dianne Sawyer herself was reading from the document, that you claim wasn’t a true accounting of the night’s events, makes you look HILARIOUS! Oh and by the way, as if this needs repeating, that document that Dianne read from, the one you unwittingly linked to in your speculative article that names no sources, makes no mention of Chris having been hit first by Rihanna.

Obviously, it was TMZ's VERY-OWN sources that told TMZ that it was SHE who "struck-first", if it was any-other, THEY'D HAVE SAID AS MUCH! …If you've read any-at-all on TMZ, they 'claim-their-sources', that is, if it's NOT their source, they'd say so!

Back to that 20/20 interview, if, and I'll say again – ad nausea – Chris had done what Rihanna said: "bit, punched and chocked-her-out" then he'd have been charged with BATTERY; HE WAS NEVER CHARGED WITH BATTERY! Even AFTER the case was sent BACK to the LAPD for additional evidence and investigation: HE, AT-NO-TIME, WAS EVER CHARGED WITH BATTERY; Battery: doing bodily-harm! Assault: The INTENT to do bodily harm! So you wanted to hurt someone, versus you ACTUALLY HURTING SAID INDIVIDUAL!

Again, I'll refer ANYONE, who'll read THIS post, to go-over to smokinggun.com and read that Cell Phone Warrant/Police Record; peruse it's 8(+) pages and THEN carefully take-note of the last page! There, you'll see two signatures, LAPD Detective Deshon Andrews and Judge Patricia Schnegg; there, you'll NOT see Rihanna's signature.

…And why WON'T you find it on said document? …Cause it 's NOT her statement to the LAPD; it's NOT HER-TELLING of the events of THAT Feb 8th afternoon! TMZ's sources referenced 'said-Rihanna's-statement' and, it's ONLY-then, THEY -TMZ- refereed to Rihanna: Aggressor and Instigator. This is why Chris' defense team could 'mount a vigorous defense,' as there WAS something to mount said defense on: Rihanna becoming enraged, after reading that Cell Phone Booty call Text Message, and THEN attacking him by REPEATEDLY HITTING HIM!

You’re the one alleging that Rihanna physically assaulted him first, not I. Though, I’m not surprised that your attention span doesn’t rival many toddlers. If you read the document, it makes no mention of Rihanna having hit Chris first. where’s this police report saying otherwise? Oh, wait, you don’t have it.

Instead, you’d rather people take you at your ignorant word, instead of posting facts to prove it’s true. And why? Because its easier for you to play chicken shit little rather than actually verify your claims. The best XYZ can do is link to an article, with unnamed sources discussing what Chris wanted to do after he was charged with a felony, then try to cross referrence that with a tv interview that took place after he plead guilty. XYZ can’t even post a transcript to the 20/20 interview, let alone the interview itself. None of you have produced any OFFICIAL EVIDENCE saying that Rihanna struck the first blow. I on the otherhand linked to OFFICIAL EVIDENCE saying that Rihanna started an argument, not a physical assault. It was the same evidence that was used in court when he was convicted and even the same evidence that XYZ swore by last week.
