Recent history has shown the web to be the place to discover new talent – talent which is undeniably out there in abundance. This week’s Cover Star is Shanterrial . The 23 year old Chicago-based music student serves up her own rendition of Monica‘s recent R&B smash ‘Everything To Me’. Check it out below:
Solid showing! With the song being one which requires much in the way of a technically-sound vocal, Shanterrial really nailed it. Loved it.

She can sing (a little nasal/whinny at times), but something isn’t right about how she sings this. I think if she would’ve rearranged it to cater moreso to her style of sining it would’ve sounded a lot better.

SHE’S ANNOYING. STRAINED AND NASALIZED NOTES TAKES PLACE OF THE HIGH NOTES IN THE ORIGINAL. SHE STRUGGLES WITH THE SONG, NOT EFFORTLESS LIKE MONICA. REMINDS OF MOORIAH TODAY. STRAINED, STRUGGLING, CANT HIT THE RIGHT NOTES, AND FLAT. HAHA.

TERRI IS ABOUT TO BLOW UP!!! She is one of, if not the hottest female vocalists from the Chi. Terri posseses brains, beauty, class, & an amazing voice!!!Somebody needs to sign her quick, fast, & in a hurry because talent like this only comes around every blue moon so don’t sleep on her people because Terri will deliver each & every time!!!
