Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger will no doubt be celebrating today after winning Dancing With The Stars 2010.
Scherzinger, 31, clinched the title after besting Olympic skater Evan Lysacek in the show’s final (its 10th week).
Speaking on her win, she said:
‘I feel like I just won a Grammy; a dancing Grammy!
This has been probably the greatest reward personally, this whole personal journey.
‘I’ve learned so much about myself. [Dance partner] Derek Hough made me a better person through this.’
Notoriously critical judge, Len Goodman said of her win,
‘There can only be one winner of Dancing With The Stars, and it should be you.’
Nicole scored the highest marks for her final dance – the Jive, which you can watch below. In any case, congrats are most certainly in order for her. Here’s hoping she can use this as a springboard to greater successes (granted she starts putting out at least half-decent music)

MYA SHOULD HAVE WON LAST YEAR. SHE HAD THE HIGHEST SCORES THROUGHOUT. FUCKING AGENDA THAT MADE DONNY OSMOND WIN. TOTAL SET UP. ANYONE COULD SEE SHE WAS THE BETTER DANCER. MYA WOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST MINORITY WHO WON. THIS YEAR PRESSURE GOT TO THE SHOW SO NICOLE GOT IT. HOWEVER SHE WAS THE BEST DANCER SO THE NAYSAYERS COULDN’T THROW SHADE IF THEY WANTED TO.

I knew Nicole being on DWTS was a PR move to attract attention to her music or to the Pussycat Dolls, since Doll Domination and HNIN albums were horrible flops. (I mean the label had to release the Doll Domination album 3 times! i.e. Doll Domination 3.0)
Anyways, her song “Nobody Can Change Me” is okay but I need it to grow on me. I don’t think its the attention grabbing song that is needed in a lead single.
It’s also going to be interesting to see how the public reacts to the new Dolls line up after the other members were fired from the label. It’s hard to say if Nicole or the label was really behind the growing feud or a combination of both, that really started to surface during the single releases of “Jai Ho” and “Hush Hush” by officially labeling Nicole as a featured artist outside of the Pussycat Dolls.
