Rihanna didn’t “earn” an Emmy nomination, SNL earned an Emmy nomination for the Shy Ronnie Skit that Rihanna only managed to be featured in using her nasal, monotone voice. Unless she took part in writing/creating that skit, that nomination cannot, and SHOULD not be credited to her.

I like to think of myself as a fan of hers, but not in that stan way. I like her music, simple as that – I feel no need to put down any other artist because of that. I actually like quite a lot of B’s stuff too so I’ve no prob’ with her being successful. I honestly wonder though what kind of place these stans (of any artist) want to live in – it’d be a place where only 1 person was in the charts, only 1 person was on the radio, where only 1 person ever performed in a concert – god, that would be so dull – like I said I like RiRi’s music, but I wouldn’t want to listen to it 24/7 for the next however many years – you got to have some variety.
