Dude, you should really calm the hell down because everytime you comment you say some extremely dumb s***. Flop? Although the album was lackluster in sales, it was not a flop. Even with bad singles and a fanbase that is solely R&B, she still managed to sell pretty good. And while Christina is giving Mary some singing lessons, maybe Mary can provide Christina with some pointers on how to sell an album even when you have had bad singles. We all know you love to use the word FLOP loosely, yet you’ve managed to not ever call the person who’s made history flopping a flop. Interesting.
The only song I really know of hers was ‘One’ which she did with U2 – I thought it was pretty good – got to #2 over here 4 or 5 years ago. What are the best songs of hers I should give a listen?

Mary J. has done great songs during her career. However, i feel that this love/hate theme song is so overused now for her personally. Her last 3 albums has always been like that.
I don’t get why DanB is hating on Mary. She defined a generation with her music and has been around for the best part of two decades. While I’m a huge fan I think her recent offerings have been lackluster, but it still doesn’t take away the fact she’s one of the pioneering artists of our time. I think Christina has an amazing voice, but that’s it. People will be studying Mary’s music in years to come as a turning point in modern urban music, while Christina will just be that whorey pop starlet who tried too hard and had the (forced) s** appeal of a dead rabbit.

I had a feeling this album was going down the toilet like her last 2007 effort. Why is her label releasing all the wrong singles? This song is 2 seasons old. Why wasn’t she at the BET Awards to at least get some promo in? She hasn’t been at the BET Awards since she won big in 06, I don’t get it. They continue to nominate her and she don’t show up.
