    This this kid just say ” Queen Oinka ” Are You Serious

    Blink Blink Blink

    Chick been in the game 1 year strong and had one hit song. That hardly counts as queen. Come back in 15 years and we will consider her application

    Jeez where’s the originality. I’ll listen to the song later but this era just doesn’t understand the term ‘overload’.., is Hiphop that starved of female MC talent that Nicki Minaj is the ONLY female rapper working? I’m not even a fan of tired-ass Eve but bring her back for gawd’s sake if only to see someone else’s name after the word ‘featuring’ for a change.

    NB. if she was even talented beyond the Black Barbie who raps with a faux-English accent then it wouldn’t be so jarring but the girl is all gimmick and after a year still has not provd herself.

    @TEFLON BOY
    I’m not a fan of hers, but there’s no way she’s got any kind of English accent – least not to me and I live in London.
    But your right there’s not like a wide field of girl rappers to choose from – why though? What makes so many girls want to go into Soul, R&B, Pop, but not Rap??

  10. Teflon Boy July 23, 2010

    ^Well, I don’t believe she’s the only one out there so you have to conclude she’s the only one that’s being pushed to the forefront. She couldn’t be out here pre-album without money behind spent on her career so it must boil down to the state of the industry, clearly the fact no-one seems to be getting signed has allowed her to clean up in the absence of any competition. It just seems strange that the only other rappers mentioned in the same sentence as her have careers trailing 10+ years, where is her current competition?
