While R&B crooner Trey Songz gears up for the release of his fourth studio album ‘Passion, Pain & Pleasure’, a new song said to be from the LP’s recording sessions has surfaced in the form of ‘Easy On Ourselves’.

Though not terrible, ‘Easy’ boasts none of the artistic progression that one should rightfully expect from Songz four albums in. Run-of-the-mill R&B at best, the track had a distinct air of cheapness to it too; in that not only does the production comes across bargain-bucket, the song sounds dated – so much so that it would be right at home on his 2005 debut ‘Gotta Make It’. Yes, knowing one’s musical niche is never bad thing, yet sticking to it so stringently is. Poor.

You know how female artists are accused of using s**/sexual images to sell their music (eg. Katy Perry).. this man represents the boys. He isn’t even that hot.. I’m a straight female btw.

preproduction stage and isnt finished. Ive Heared soo many
songs that have leaked from other R&B artists that are still in
this stage this year from CB, Riri, And others too. So, I would
just relax, and theres a good possibility that the songs you are
hearing that are leaking were songs that didnt make it onto his
last album. They always leak after an artists releases there album.
