The pace appears to be picking up with Beyonce‘s latest project. Currently on hiatus from performing, the 28 year old is set to hit the studio tonight with Ne-Yo – according to the man himself.
Many will remember the pair’s last collaboration, 2006′s ‘Irreplaceable’ and the countless headlines it generated, Indeed Ne-Yo’s very public dispute of Beyonce ‘s claim to have “written” the song, remains a talking point among many. Evidently, any ill-feeling appears to have been left in the past.
Thus far details surrounding the superstar’s new album have remained closely guarded. Although, Beyonce, herself, announced that the hotly anticipated follow-up to her ‘I Am…Sasha Fierce’ LP is due to hit stores before the year’s end…

What idiot said that hiatus means “years on not doing nothing”. because it actually means a break in a continuity of a work or series. No where does it say “years of not doing anything”. And Beyonce has been on hiatus. And in a way she still is until that first single or promo single is out. She’s just starting to record from what we know. I’m looking forward to her record because she hasn’t disappointed me with a record yet. I went to her concert in Dallas last year and it was great. She’s a true worker in the industry and she deserved a break. If other artists can’t compete with her or sell when she’s out they need to step up their game. It’s a competitive business and they have to deal with that.

Her six months break is up. By the time they hit the studio in September, it will have been half a year of her partying, going on holiday etc (she started her break late Feb/early March, if you remember).
As I’ve said before, the other females (whose stans always make pathetic excuses) HAD their chance. She hasn’t had a solo single out in MONTHS and you STILL can’t get a hit. With the exception of Katy Perry (and of course Rih), no other female artist has stepped up while the Queen (or Princess Brit or Lady Gaga) have been relatively absent from the music scene.
Instead we have pushback after pushback, flop after flop, excuse after excuse. I’ve over it. I need my Trinity back and I CANNOT wait for the legendary Mariah Carey to make another TEOM style comeback with her next main lp (I also have a good feeling about her xmas lp).
The rest of you can sit back down.
