Yes, he is wearing make-up and he needs to stop it with the tattoos really. I think some of the excessive tattooing that some of these artists are doing teeters on the verge of self-mutilation.
I like the different colored CD covers. It reminds me of something Mike Jackson did a few years back. With that said, damn, Soulja Boy is fugly and what’s up with the neck and face tatts…ewww?
