Ciara continued her 25th birthday celebrations last night at Haze nightclub in Las Vegas. The Halloween themed bash saw the ‘Ride’ singer channel ‘Storm’ from the ‘X-Men’ movies.
As well as lapping up the festivities, Ciara also took to the stage, performing a short set for the crowd which included best friend, presenter LaLa.

You know, I completely understand why people would hate on Ciara for repeatedly being seen with Lala and Kim. For staters, we all know why Kim is famous, and we all know how famous Lala would be without Carmelo. So why surround yourself with these types of people when you know you’re going to be judged by the company you keep? Ciara is in a PR war to try to recapture her former glory, and when people feel like there are more photo-ops of her “being seen” with Kim and Lala than there are of Ciara performing and promoting the album that’s supposed to salvage her career, then it’s hard for people to take her seriously. Now that Basic Instinct has a release date, I hope there’s a promo strategy in place and we see more of Ci Ci doing what Ci Ci does best. And please do us all a favor and leave Kim and Lala at home.
