Pop megastar Janet Jackson continues along the promotional trail for new movie ‘For Colored Girls’. A regal looking Jackson chatted it up with the hosts of ‘The View’ yesterday about her role in the film (which is already receiving Oscar buzz), acting being her “first love”, and the future of her music career.

Loretta Devine is the better actress but sad she gain a ton of weight recently. Could lose 25-30 lbs. That’s the chic in Waiting to Exhale from 1995. Supposedly agreed to do Getting to Happy the sequel. Janet looks androgynous in that boy cut.

I grew up a HUGE Janet fan, but I hate her some of her interviews because you get nothing out of it. Janet is so reserved at times, and I tend to get her personality in her songs.
It took her almost to the end of this interview to open up.
I guess I’ll have to read her book and buy her music to understand Janet.
