Nelly just revealed the official cover of his new album, ‘Nelly 5.0′. The record hits stores on November 16th and features collaborations with Akon, Chris Brown, The-Dream, Kelly Rowland, Plies and T.I. Also included on the LP are production credits from Jim Jonsin and Polow Da Don, among others.
