While T.I will still have to serve his 11 month jail term, the rapper has managed to evade more serious charges for his alleged drug possession. So how did Tip manage to avoid more serious charges? Peep what TMZ had to say below:
According to the D.A.’s Office, they are not going forward with charges because, in essence, he’s already been sentenced to prison since the arrest was a violation of his federal probation.
However, law enforcement sources tell TMZ, there were significant legal issues over probable cause which led to T.I.’s arrest.
Cops claimed they smelled marijuana but no pot was ever booked into evidence. And, we’re told …T.I. was pulled out of his $250,000 Maybach immediately after he made the illegal U-turn and prior to any registration check. {Source}
whatever an average joe or jane like me wouldve went to jail. im not cosigning or sympathizing with this man because he is black. no at all im over celebs doing what they want because they got some change. T.I. is a big ol phony. He shouldve gotten eleven years.

Well… he definitely got lucky with this one. He could have had more charges added on and ended up serving more time, but it looks like he avoided it AGAIN. He really is one lucky b******! Lol! He still got to get those 11 months out of the way. SMH.
Now we will see what happens with his wife.

@Mishka: Are you freaking kidding me?? Who doesn’t know that 18 is considered the legal age? SMH! Chris Brown was 19 at the time, very young, but legally an adult! So NO it would not have been a crime to release his mugshot. You might want to know your facts next time before you try to get buck with someone!
TMZ is shady and they as well as the mainstream media has been very messy and misleading involving the saga. Damn near every celebrity known to man has had their mugshot put on blast by TMZ no matter what the charge by the next day, if not the day of their arrest! It seems very strange to me that TMZ could obtain a pic of Rihanna’s face all f*cked up like that, but here we are damn near 2 years later and still we don’t have his mugshot! Hella suspect! TMZ was also the ones who originally reported that Rihanna was the aggressor that night and that she hit and slapped CB several times initially before she, then out of no where that just disappeared!
Radoronline had a story out a about a week ago claiming that someone was trying to sell addictional photos of a Rihanna’s injuries from that night. The story also claimed that there was a pic of CB seated in the hospital with a small lesion on his lip! So apparently he did have injuries when it was reported that he didn’t.
