The ever-reclusive force that is Lauryn Hill headlined the ‘A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson’s’ extravaganza in New York City last night (November 13th).
Hosted by actor Michael J Fox (who himself suffers from Parkinson’s disease), the event saw Hill belt out her most loved hits including ‘Doo Wop (That Thing)’ and Fugees smash ‘Killing Me Softly’.

My thoughts are when is Lauryn gonna release another album? It’s been over 10 years since The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill dropped, and it would nice to get another album.
She looks good though.

Lauryn Hill has devolved into a plain nutcase. I don’t think she’s right in the head. I bet Macy Gray is more coherent than her these days.

Finally some positivity about a real artist. L Boogie don’t play…her stage engergy goes through the ceiling …she brings it. I like so many of her fans are glad she is back to doing what she does best and thats rocking the house! Love her!

Lauryn is more than sane. She left the industry because she was being cheated by the record companies, she was being told to abort her child (ZIon), and ended up having 4 more kids so she decided to be a great mother and raise her children with the PRIVACY they deserve.
The media will try to tear down your image is you dont what they want you to do. Lauryn Hill is far from crazy. I met her at Kings Dominion about 2yrs ago when she was there for her son’s birthday.

Lauryn is a bit off. Her voice has definitely changed. She performed a few weeks ago at the university of Miami and reviews were mixed at best. She’s sped up most of her songs,her voice is often hoarse and she is often out of breath.
She needs to work on vocals and her fitnessfirst.People were massively dissappointed in her performance at Rock the Bells concert in Maryland few months back.
