Ke$ha’s ‘We R Who We R’ Debuts At #1

Published: Wednesday 3rd Nov 2010 by Trent

Ke$ha has yet another reason party. Her  new single, ‘We R Who We R’, has debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The track, which is the first to be released from her upcoming ‘Cannibal’ EP, is only the 17th song to achieve this feat.

Michael Jackson ‘You Are Not Alone’ was the first song ever to debut at #1 on the Hot 100 in 1995 while Mariah Carey became the first female artist (second overall) to accomplish the same goal with Fantasy two weeks later. Just a bit of history.

    My ass! Trent, you never miss out on an oppurtunity to praise Mariah. And this is coming from a LAMB! Anyway, I’m not a fan of Kesha (no I’m not putting that $ in her name). But, this song is pretty cool. I sing it in the shower all the time. 😀

  20. Real Tea November 3, 2010

    ^^^He’s Trying….. But he has been rather Hypocritical on DADT, first he acts like he’s ok with Gay Rights then decides to ignore it. People are facing wayyyy worse such as terrorists threats and political violence, and the government is still worried about Gay People. Oba should have focused on Health Care & Economic Stimulation, instead of denying gay people rights. Pointless. He lost 25% of my support & I’m black!!! But the Republicans are gonna be even worse. Black People , Gay People , & Immigrants are going to be social outcasts in 6 years. At least this song has a good message. 😉

    I only voted for him because he was black, like everyone i know did

  35. Nadjee November 4, 2010

    @Stars

    How has Obama failed. He can’t make change, he has been to busy trying to deal with this financial crisis that was handed down to him. He was been working non stop trying to insure the best for everyone. And if you thought change would come overnight than you are very confused. Obama’s stimulus plan has indeed created more jobs and decreased the deficit. The economy is the best it has been since 2006. So how has he failed anybody. He is working his hardest and instead of complaining maybe you should be contributing.

  36. JD86 November 4, 2010
