A new song from Keri Hilson surfaced today. ‘Pass Me By’ was produced by the singer’s mentor, Timbaland, and will reportedly appear on her new album, ‘No Boys Allowed’. Give it a listen below:

Just when I thought that Hilson’s ‘No Boys Allowed’ had some promise this filth is released. The beat is incredibly uninspired and quite messy, to say the least. Vocally, Hilson was lazy and clearly trying to take the easy way out by utilising the predictable route – auto-tune. This song is simple and utter garbage.

The version of the song you posted has an audio change (didn’t know if you knew that). The song without the audio change is actually pretty good to be honest. Of course it could’ve been better, but to go as far as garbage is a little absurd. I guess to each is own, because I like it. Has a nice tropical vibe to it.
This doesn’t even sound like Keri in the beggining…
And word, the beat really is messy.
This sounds unmixed, Her vocals aren’t pushed up enough..
and it sounds dated. Like something off a Destiny’s Child album, or Aaliyah Album…

The song wasn’t that bad at all. It’s not great, certainly not single worthy, but it’s not garbage. It’s a good album filler. It honeslty doesn’t sound like her at all, but that’s kind of why I like it. She has managed to sound really different on all of her songs so far for this album. Sometimes for the good, sometimes for the bad. It’s usually hit or miss with her.
I am still not too excited about her album though. Hopefully “Pretty Girl Rock’ , especially the video can generate some buzz for, cause I don’t think too many people are checking for her either.

This is definitely not off her new album! It sounds dated and is clearly an unfinished version. Though if it was mastered I think it will make a good album cut. But timbaland produced beats sound way messy and horrible. She needs to get a new producer for this song because it deserves so much more and is essentially a very beautiful song. And she does not use the autotune at all as everyone can hear for themselves.
Sounds like Tim produced this in late 90’s early 00’s. I don’t think this is making the album

for the last time people, it is indeed miss keri on this track, however, this was recorded back in 2000 and it was on her 2003 Demo!. I like it when i first heard back in 2003 and i wish this track call “sidewalk” would leak soon too. this won’t make the album cut unless she re-record it.
