Why is Beyonce (An afro American woman) advertising ‘L’Oreal Feria’ hair dye line ( A product for white women)?
Why are all the women (co-starring in the commercial) white and of no other ethnicity?
Why is Beyonce’s hair “especially” long and blond in this commercial?
Could it be because the hair she wears in the commercial is not her own?
This commercial is quite disturbing and misleading (to say the least) for many reasons, but perhaps the most evident is the fact that Beyonce is involved with a company and campaign that does not represent who or what she is: WHICH IS A BLACK WOMAN! It sucks that she chooses to represent her people when it well suits her career and image. After all playing on both sides of the team (black & white) has garnered her so much success, perks and a life time membership of elite Hollywood life…lets not forget those Grammy’s.
